FIELD: radio communication systems; systems for determination of frequency range of transmission of radio signals in short-wave radio lines. SUBSTANCE: device has RTD and RRD which are connected with memory unit to which output of control unit is connected. Output of RRD is connected with measurement unit which in its turn is connected to calculation unit whose outputs are connected to unit of determination of maximum of average level of signal and to unit for determination of minimum of variability coefficient. Control unit is also connected with maximum usable frequency supply unit and time programmer. EFFECT: increase of reliability factor from 0.75 to 0.89-0.92.
