FIELD: ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: first version of portable apparatus has hollow flexible body made, for example, of rubber. One end of body has hole, butt edge of which has circumference form, and inner side hole edge is made in the form of funnel. Second version of apparatus is distinguished for the fact, that its body from side of its other end is made in the form of hollow bellows. Third version of apparatus is distinguished by the fact, that its body from side of its other end is made in the form of hollow cylinder, inside which piston is tightly set spring-loaded from hole in first end of body. Piston rod protrudes outside body. Each version body may have additional through hole, that communicates its inner volume with outer space. Additional hole of each version may ave reverse valve, that closes hole from side of body inner volume and protrudes outside and spring-loaded in that direction. To set lens on eye apparatus with laying on its butt edge lens is moved close to eye till lens is pressed to eye by hole edge, that provides edges of lens fitting to eye. After that according to first and second versions apparatus body is contracted and according to third version - piston is moved in direction of hole on first end of body. Increased air pressure inside body provides fitting of lens middle part to eye. To remove lens from eye apparatus is to eye till fitting of body edge hole to located on eye lens. Before the edge fitting body is contracted (for first and second version) or piston is moved in direction to hole in body (for third version). After edge to lens fitting is achieved they decrease or take off contraction of body (for first and second versions) or move piston from hole in body (for third version). Formed inside body air depression provides lens sucking to body hole, that allows to remove lens from eye during apparatus moving back. Additional through hole in body or mounted in it reverse valve allow to use apparatus for lens extraction from container before its installation on eye, ensure easiness of its separation from apparatus after lens installation on eye and after its removal from eye, help forced pushing of lens from apparatus after its removal from eye and simplify usage of apparatus. EFFECT: simplification of lens setting on eye and removal and its separation from container and apparatus. |
