FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: syringe in the form of a handle for repeating injection of individually prescribed doses of medicine from a vessel in the form of a cylindrical ampoule uses element (10,14) for presetting the doses that can be turned so as to cause a turning shift of the dosing element and combination turning and axial shift of the indicating element showing the preset dose, and element 22 of the piston drive, which, when turned in one direction, shifts the piston inside the cylindrical ampoule. A unidirectional clutch is made between the dosing element and piston drive element 22, it is accomplished by means of discs installed on these elements, the discs have saw-toothed surfaces in the form of quadrants moving one above the other, when the dosing element turns in the direction of dose setting, and get engaged, when the dosing element turns in the opposite direction corresponding to the direction of turn, with the aid of which the piston shifts inside the cylindrical ampoule. The screw-nut joint (9,10) is made between the syringe casing and element 10, 14 for dose setting, and provision is made for means used for disengagement of the unidirectional clutch between piston drive element 22 and dosing element by drawing aside the clutch discs from each other.
