FIELD: emergency situations, natural calamities medicine. SUBSTANCE: apparatus for urgent medical sorting of victims in natural calamity area allows simultaneous and in time realize automated medical sorting of victims directly on first level of elimination of natural calamities, accidents, catastrophes medical effects stage by estimating and forecasting heaviness of psychophysiological state, survival, results and duration of traumatic shock after mechanical and thermal damages, issue of proper recommendations on infussion-transfusion therapy treatment applications with usage of required blood substitutes, operative taking of optimal sorting decisions to save and evacuate victims, to give them first medical, predoctoral and first doctor help in cases of urgent medical needs. Further more, apparatus allows to exercise registration, reading, storing and processing individual registering information on victims (wounded, injured) and medical registration data sending to indicating display, for accounting, printing, composing summarized data and references about victims. The new thing in the apparatus is its capability to maintain sorting sets dividing victims for groups according to indications of need in similar medical treatment, prophylaxis and evacuation measures depending on medical requirements and real conditions of situation (taking into account type and volume of medical help). Sorting set allows to facilitate realization of reanimation and anti-shock measures. EFFECT: apparatus allows to increase effectiveness of emergency and natural calamities victims medical sorting to facilitate realization of reanimation and anti-shock measures. |
