FIELD: devices for manufacturing semiconductor devices. SUBSTANCE: device has immovable housing with guides, walls which serves for placing rows of transistors and are located between guides, and movable housing. Immovable housing has coaxial transversal rows of holes. Two pulling rods are located on both sides of housing along transversal guides. Pulling rods are embraced by slide bars of movable housing. They are mounted at ends of envelope of movable housing. Plugs are located between slide bars and are spaced by width of transistor. This results in possibility of their motion into holes of immovable housing. EFFECT: easy load of transistors to cassette, reliable fixation of transistors without fixation force. |
