The broadcasting system comprises a fire detecting unit for generating preassigned data after detecting a fire breakout, a position determining unit for finding the fire breakout position, a system controller for judging fire breakout and sending fire breakout position to the input/output controller and controling circumference systems, DTMF generation unit for supplying a fire breakout data and a position information to the phone connection, DTMF receiving unit for receiving the fire breakout data and position information, a voice data storing unit for sending a voice data written on assigned addresses, a parallel/serial conversion unit for sending serial digital data converted from the voice synthesized parallel data selected among voice data, and a D/A converter for sending voice signal to speaker, thereby achieving a voice broadcasting.
