<p>PURPOSE: To store plural A/D-converted data individually and read them out successively at random. CONSTITUTION: Control data, consisting of a start flag and a specific input channel, which is supplied from an internal data bus 1 is stored in a RAM 3 and a conversion start control circuit 6 outputs the analog signal specified with the control data in order by an analog multiplexer and supplies it to an A/D converter 18 through a sample holding circuit 16. The A/D converter 18 converts the supplied analog signal into a digital signal and supplies it to a storage part 11. The storage part 11 stores the converted data corresponding to the supplied digital signal in the A/D data register corresponding to the input channel to which the original analog signal is inputted. Further, the converted data is read out successively at random.</p> |
