METHOD OF TEACHING RAPID READING

The invention relates to teaching methods. In the proposed method of teaching rapid reading, the student reads information by moving his or her eyes vertically in relation to a stationary textual information carrier as the symbol volume in the lines gradually increases. The lines of text are arranged in groups within any one of which the symbol volume is the same in every line but different from that in other groups. The number of lines in each group is based on the degree of adaptation of the student to the expanding text field.
