<p>A seat tray assembly (10) is provided for use with a high chair (24). The seat tray assembly (10) includes a tray bottom (16) formed for engagement with and extension between arms (32) of the chair (24) and a tray top (14) mounted on the tray bottom (16) for sliding movement relative to and above the tray bottom (16). In addition, the tray assembly (10) includes a lock unit (74) means for selectively locking the tray top (14) on the tray bottom (16) to cause the slidable tray top (14) to occupy a memory position lying on the tray bottom (16) so that the tray top (14) is returned automatically to the memory position each time the tray bottom (16) is mounted on the arms (32) of the chair (24).</p> |
