PURPOSE: To display a front elevation, a side elevation, and a bottom elevation of a specific part of an object in respective windows where different projection planes are displayed at all times and make a slave window follow up the motion of a main window. CONSTITUTION: Several kinds of window obtained by viewing the object from an optional projection plane are displayed, and a moving direction and a movement quantity are indicated for one main window to move other windows together at a time. Consequently, when an indicated movement quantity detection part 2 detects the moving direction and movement quantity of a mouse, a projection plane association processing part 4 generates three-dimensional vectors first from the movement contents of the main window. Then two-dimensional vectors viewed from the projection planes of the respective slave windows have coordinates converted respectively on the basis of the three-dimensional vectors, and consequently the movement indication to the main window is reflected on other slave windows. Thus, the slave windows can be moved as much as required simultaneously with the movement of the main window.
