<p>PURPOSE: To provide a magnetic sensor capable of performing remote measuring and reducing a noise by converting the coil voltage of an air-core coil type magnetic sensor into an optical signal and connecting a sensor part to a measuring part with an optical fiber. CONSTITUTION: The voltage signal of an air-core coil 2 generated by the fluctuation of a magnetic field to be measured is inputted to the modulation electrode 25 of a light modulator 3. While, incident light from a light source 11 via an input/output fiber 5 is modulated by the input voltage of the light modulator 3, and transmitted to a light receiver 13 via the input/output fiber 5, and the magnetic field can be measured by the oscilloscope of a measuring instrument 16.</p> |
