<p>An adjuvant product for enhancing the activity of a molecule on delivery to a host, characterised in that it includes at least a portion of Klebsiella pneumoniae protein P40 or a protein at least 80 % homologous thereto. Nucleotide sequences coding for such peptides or proteins, and the use of said sequences as a drug, are also disclosed. Such DNA sequences may particularly be used in intramuscular or intradermal immunisation compositions.</p> |
