MAKING METHOD OF CV GRAPHITE CAST IRON BREAK DISK & THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS

摘要

(a) melting pig iron or scrap iron above 1400 deg.C; (b) adjusting the components of the melted iron to C: 3-3.8%, Si: 1.8-2.6%, P: less than 0.1% and Mn: less than 0.8%; (c) heating to 1520-1550 deg.C; (d) adding Cr, Mo, Cu and Ni until the content of each components is 0.2-0.5%, 0.1-0.3%, 0.1-1.0% and 1-2%; (e) heating; (f) reacting with CV graphited alloy containing Ca and Mg; (g) treating with inoculation agent; (h) injecting to mould within 8 min. after CV reaction.
