The sole comprises a rigid insert sole (30,40) and a wearing sole (10) in an adhering material, having scraping reliefs, which extends along the surface of the inserted sole. The inserted sole has at the heel and at a distance from its peripheral edge, an opening (34) which passes through the sole from its lower to upper faces defining a cavity. A first shock absorbing material insert (38) is located inside the cavity. An intermediate shock absorbing insert (20) is located between the insert sole and the wearing sole at the heel. This intermediate insert has a degree of absorption less than that of the first insert. An insert (51) level with the heel has the same degree of absorption as the first absorbing insert. The thickness of the wearing sole, beyond the reliefs, is uniform and not greater than 3 mm.
