The process involves applying a magnetic mixture to an ink screen print process. The mixture contains a 70% weight for a 30% weight of flexible filler.The mixture has 25 micron diameter ferrite particles. The mixture is applied to a wire print screen with 50 to 55 wires per cm<2>. Following a first stage, a rough surface is created, and during a second stage the surface roughness is filled in by the use of iron particles, and the surface smoothed further with a scraper, producing a smooth surface.
