CONSTITUTION: Shells 10 having a large number of recessed and protruding parts on the surfaces thereof are used as a filter material and housed in net bags 11 to be arranged in a purifying tank 1. Air diffusion pipes 22 aerating the interiors of the net bags 11 are provided.
