<p>PURPOSE: To smoothly operate the movable frame of an articulator relative to the base thereof, even in the condition where a transparent plate with a center line, a reference line or the like drawn thereon is supported on either of the frame and the base by laying the transparent plate on the occlusion surface of the gypsum molds of upper and lower jaws fitted to the frame and the base. CONSTITUTION: This articulator includes a holder 60 fitted with a transparent plate 70 having a longitudinal center line 71 and reference fines 72 to 74 orthogonal therewith, support levers erected on both sides of a base with a lower jaw gypsum mold fixed and levers suspended from both sides of a movable frame with an upper jaw gypsum mold fixed. Furthermore, movable members 80 and 80 having support holes 82 and 82 of diameter large enough to pass either of the support levers are movably fitted to the holder 60 at positions for the insertion thereof in such state as covering the passage.</p> |
