<p>PURPOSE: To control the water content in sintering raw material to a definite value. CONSTITUTION: In the water content control method for the sintering raw material by which the water content in the sintering raw material is continuously measured with non-contact type water content meters 11, 16 and the feedback of the masured water content values is executed into a water spraying control part 7 and the water spraying control is executed so that the water content in the sintering raw material becomes the preset value, a precise water content measurement is executed by an absolute drying type automatic water content mesuring means 12, 13. This precise water content measured values and the continuous measured water content values by the non-contact type water content meters are selected as the same time data by memory operation. The deviation between the selected precision water content measured values and the continuous measured water content values is obtd. to correct the continuous measured water content values, and the water spraying control is executed so that the water content value in the sinterig raw material becomes the preset value by using the corrected continuous measured water content value. By this method, the producing data of the sintering machine and the quality of the sintered ore can be improved.</p> |
