PURPOSE: To realize both the injection and filling of a resin and the forcing of a gas with an injection device with an ordinary structure by a method wherein an injection screw and an injection plunger are utilized for forcing the high pressure gas. CONSTITUTION: In this injection device, an injection screw 5, at the tip of which a conical injection head 3 having a ring valve 4 at the rear periphery is equipped and an injection cylinder, within which the injection screw 5 is installed so as to be constituted to locally seal the interior of a tip part through its contact with the injection head 3 by forming the interior of the tip part installed with a nozzle member 2 into a tapered surface corresponding to the injection head 3, is provided. Further, gas flow passages 12 and 8, which are internally provided over the domain ranging from the tip of the injection head 3 to the rear end part of the injection screw 5, an opening and closing pin 17, which is movably inserted together with a piston 16 provided at the rear end of the gas flow passage 12 of the injection head part in the gas flow passage 12, and the passage 10 of the working gas, which closes the gas flow passage 12 with the opening and closing pin 17 by pressing the piston 16 arranged in the gas flow passage 8, are provided within the device. |
