PURPOSE: To secure safety by way of easily operating a clutch even in a working posture hard to reach a clutch lever by continuously providing a finger operating lever positioned projectively slightly upward from an operation handle bar on a clutch lever at the time when the clutch lever is at a clutch-on position. CONSTITUTION: A brake lever 4 is axially supported on one of support shafts 3 by installing the support shafts 3 orthogonal with axes of left and right vertical bars 1a on the left and right vertical bars 1a of an operation handle bar 1 formed in a loop shape. Additionally, left and right leg end parts of a loop type clutch lever 5 are axially supported on both of the support shafts 3, and a finger operating lever 9 is continuously provided on the leg end part of the clutch lever 5 positioned at its brake lever side. This finger operating lever 9 is provided at a position where the clutch lever 5 is projected slightly upward from the operation handle bar 1 at the time when the clutch lever 5 is at the clutch-on position. Furthermore, an engagement body 13 positioned by way of making contact with an upper side of the finger operating lever 9 at the time when the brake lever 4 is at a non-braking position is provided on a base end cylinder part of the brake lever 4. |
