PURPOSE: To obtain a conjugate fiber nonwoven fabric excellent in rigidity, tensile strength and pleating and having low loss of pressure and a backing material for filter and a filter material composed of the conjugate fiber nonwoven fabric. CONSTITUTION: This conjugate fiber nonwoven fabric contains a small-sized fiber (A) having 10-25μm fiber diameter and a large-sized fiber (B) having 30-50μm fiber diameter in (30/70) to (70/30) blending ratio and the small-sized fiber (A) and the large-sized fiber (B) have high melting resin parts, and further, at least one of the small-sized fiber (A) and the large-sized fiber (B) has a low-melting resin part. The backing material for filter and the filter material are each composed of this conjugate fiber nonwoven fabric. |
