<p>PURPOSE: To provide sterilizing-antimicrobial effects to a handrail pipe by forming the pipe having a narrow slit to the lower side in the axial direction and having a groove thread spread in the inside thereof, and holding chemicals such as sterilizing and antimicrobial agents in the groove. CONSTITUTION: A narrow slit 3 is provided to the lower side in the axial direction of a metal pipe 1, and a groove thread 2 spread in the inside thereof is formed. A belt, bar and string shaped chemical-holding member 4 infiltrated with chemicals such as sterilizing and antimicrobial agents is inserted from the end of the groove thread 2. Then, a bar member 6 of a decoration ball 5 is inserted in the end of the pipe 1, and a screw nail 7 is screwed thereinto through a hole of the groove thread 2 to fix the decoration ball 3 to the pipe 1. Accordingly, the clinicals are diffused on the surface of the pipe to provide an antimicrobial effect.</p> |
