PURPOSE: To provide a bearing device for preventing decreasing bearing rigidity for producing a dynamic pressure necessary for supporting a radial load and preventing reducing also supporting force of a thrust load even in the case of providing displacement in the axial direction in a shaft. CONSTITUTION: In a bearing device constituted by providing a shaft 2 formed with a pair of large diametric shaft parts 2a, 2a and providing a pair of bearings 10, 10 of respectively rotatably supporting the large diametric shaft parts 2a, 2a with both the shaft 2 and a pair of the bearings 10, 10 formed of a magnetic material and by arranging between a pair of the bearings 10, 10 a magnet 13 for a magnetic bearing magnetized in the axial direction to form a magnetic circuit between the magnet 13 and the shaft 2, axial direction widths of the large diametric shaft part 2a and the bearing 10 are constituted so as to be different. |
