FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method consists in winding rope in rows on rods mounted on mandrel at planes perpendicular to them forming return loops at end rods; then elastofriction members are removed from mandrel, return loops are drawn off till they are brought in contact with each other by means of closing loops and then return loops are secured together with closing loops in holders of vibration insulator in the source of forming each rod of elastofriction members on rods located between end rods; spiral turns are formed when rope embraces each rod at least once in direction opposite to direction of embracing each next rod relative to previous one. Prior to removing elastofriction members from rods, they are heated to temperature corresponding to thermal fixation of form of rope material and then are cooled down to surrounding temperature. EFFECT: high quality and enhanced reliability due to reduction of mounting stresses in rope, anisotropy of elastofriction properties of elastofriction members in transverse direction and reduction of mass of elastofriction member. 2 cl, 2 dwg |
