摘要 FIELD: mechanical engineering; vibration protection devices. SUBSTANCE: each resilient member 1 and 2 is made of set of trough-shaped resilient bands 3 and 4 bent at angle of 135 degrees, alternating in relatively perpendicular directions ensuring high rigidity with no friction between working sections of resilient members and no friction between bands at insignificant friction in friction spacer on small amplitudes of deformation which provides, in its turn, practically resilient coupling between vibrating and vibration isolating objects and consequently, high quality of vibration isolation in below resonance frequency band. Owing to functional separation of units of vibration isolator into resilient and friction members, operative selection of resilent-and-friction characteristics of vibration isolator for each particular case can be provided. Making of resilient members of vibration isolator turned around longitudinal axis relative to each other and location of support sections of resilient member 1 in spaces of friction spacer between support sections of resilient member 2 provide more complete utilization of work of friction forces in friction spacer owing to additional deformation of spacer in axial direction which decreases resonance transmission coefficient. EFFECT: increased bearing capacity, reduced mass, simplified design, enhanced vibration isolating properties when operating at high frequencies in range of low amplitudes of vibration, possibility of operative selection of vibration isolator to suit specific operating conditions. 2 cl, 4 dwg
