FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to two-tariff electricity meters. Device is used at industrial enterprises, in agriculture and by individuals for organization of multitariff accounting. tariff change-over is controlled automatically by preset program. Device has microcomputer, keyboard, indication units with sequential register and indicator, timer, address register, permanent storage, power supply unit, external power supply source, two commutators, two comparators, circuit of retrieval inhibition manufactured in the form of OR gate and restart circuit. With supply of feeding voltage restart circuit generates reset signal into timer and microcomputer. On finish of reset signal microcomputer starts function in agreement with program stored in permanent storage. Information is red out from timer storage and is displayed on indicator. Restart circuit is set into initial position after certain time spells and reset signal is not formed. By signals of failure in supply circuit microcomputer carries out actions determined by program which enable information to be kept. Program compares present time and time set for change-over of tariffs. Load is switched on at moment of coincidence. EFFECT: reduced number of units for organization of two-tariff accounting of electricity, increased reliability and decreased consumption of electric energy. |
