FIELD: machining. SUBSTANCE: cathead has a case with lengthwise slots originated in it. Cutter blocks are installed in the slots at predetermined displacement angle. Immovable slideways and elastic slideways are installed too. Cutter block may be adjusted in radial direction. Cutter block is installed in the case so to be adjusted on axis, radius, and angle. Immovable slideways are installed on the side of the largest central angle between cutter blocks. EFFECT: increased accuracy in working, and tool resistivity in boring deep holes. 3 dwg |
