摘要 FIELD: fiber melt spinning. SUBSTANCE: the method and device for spinning polymer fibers make it possible to produce fibers of the coat-core type by feeding polymer composition to spinneret at the velocity sufficient for provision of spinning velocity through spinneret from, approximately, 10 to 200 m/min. Heating of polymer composition on the spinneret or in the zone adjacent to the spinneret is carried out so at to heat it to the temperature sufficient for producing the fiber with the structure of coat-core type after its cooling in the oxidizing medium. Extrusion of the heated polymer composition through the spinneret is carried out at the spinning velocity from approximately, 10 to 200 m/min to produce molten fibers. Cooling of molten fibers in the oxidizing medium to attain degradation by oxidizing splitting of the chain, at least, on the surface of molten fibers to obtain fibers possessing the structure of the coat-core type. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
