FIELD: metal pressure forming in different branches of machine engineering for making special nails, screw blanks, rivets, pins and so on. SUBSTANCE: automatic machine includes knurling rollers, a rotor with an additional hammer, having rotating heads and preliminary and final punches for providing two impacts. The machine also includes a receiving and deeding apparatus in the form of a receiving prism, a comb and a slider with a pusher for fixing the blanks in position of their clamping by the rotor. EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities of the rotary automatic machine, its enhanced reliability at operation. |
