FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: use of method provides for performance of interference modulation with allocation of one measurement interval, formation of one interference picture with its conversion into one sequence of electric pulses, registration of fronts in this sequence, determination of three time intervals within each modulation period and registration of changes of interference order at end of last modulation period by results of registration of fronts and determination of them intervals. In addition there is formed second interference picture shifted through quarter period of interference with reference to first one. It is then converted into second sequence of electric pulses. Fronts in first sequence are registered with allowance for presence of pulses in second sequence. Second measurement interval is allocated within each modulation period. Four time intervals are determined for each measurement interval. resulting change f interference order is calculated with allowance for number of registered fronts and determined time intervals. EFFECT: increased authenticity and precision while registering changes of order of interference under conditions of use of single-channel interference devices. |
