An additive for a hydrocarbon fuel with detergent and/or anticorrosive effect on the fuel and/or combustion system of a fuel using device contains from 5 to 99,999 weight percent of a compound of a structural chemical formula X-CO-Y-CO-Z, in which meaning of individual symbols is presented in a description, and from 0,001 to 95 weight percent of a mineral or polymeric oil of the mean molar weight of from 200 to 1500 g/mol and of the viscosity in the range between 5 to 30 mm2s(-1).
