Readily re-dispersible and chemically stable cefixime prepns. in the form of non-aq. suspensions having a syrup-like consistency and being free from thickeners are claimed. The suspensions conveniently contain a finely powdered (micronised) filler, with at least 80 wt.% of the particles having a max. diameter of 32 micron and a max. 5 wt.% of the particles having a diameter above 50 micron. |
