摘要 PURPOSE: To appropriately judge the defective with a device having the relatively simple structure by deciding the coordinate position of the aimed image on the basis of the image data of the electronic part, and using a perceptron model of the neural net for judgment. CONSTITUTION: Electrolytic capacitors 10 to be inspected are held by a transferring tape 12 with the predetermined space, and the non-defective is carried to an automatic packing device 14 for packing. The desired image of the electrolytic capacitor 10, which is taken by CCD cameras 16, 17, 18 from three directions, is input to an image processing device 20. The image processing device 20 decides the coordinate of the leakage position of the electrolyte on the basis of the taken image of the electrolytic capacitor 10, and performs a judgment of the leakage condition of the electrolyte with a perceptron model of the neural net at a decided position, and decides non-defective and defective. In the case of the defective, the defective is selectively cut with the tape by an automatic tape cutting and connecting device 22, which is arranged in the downstream side of the carrying line of the transferring tape 12, and recovered in a defective case 24.
