摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove obstruction in an immuno-assay or a nucleic acid hybridization to accurately detect substance to be measured by acquiring unspecific combined components in a test sample to be analyzed using an inert solid phase. SOLUTION: An acquisition reagent substantially corresponds to an active solid phase, but the acquisition reagent is further used on an inert solid phase modified so that it cannot be combined with the acquisition reagent. However, on the inert solid phase, an unspecific combination which is not mediated by a specific combination with the acquisition reagent or the solid phase, can be generated. Then, a test reagent is incubated in only the inert solid phase. In this process, all unspecific materials which can be combined with the solid phase, react, and thereafter, the sample is separated from the inert solid phase. Then, the sample is incubated in an optional sequence or in a combination of other components such as the active solid phase, the acquisition reagent, and if it is desired, a detecting reagent and an additional test component to detect substance to be detected.
