<p>PURPOSE: To stabilize the bonding force by mixing a natural rubber kneaded material, polychloroprence rubber kneaded material, sulfur, zinc, and a solvent for obtaining a solution of a specific viscosity, and by applying this solution to the lower periphery of the instep cover that has been surface-treated by polytetrafluoroethylene for heating, and by pressedly vulcanizing an unvulcanized lower peripheral rubber tape. CONSTITUTION: When a surface-treated instep cover of a shoe and a lower peripheral rubber tape are bonded by polytetrafluoroethylene, a natural rubber kneaded material is obtained by natural rubber and a compounding agent not including sulfur. A polychloroprene rubber kneaded material is obtained both by polychloroprene rubber whose crystallization is large when the polymerization temperature is 20 deg.C or less, and by a rubber compounding agent not including zinc oxide. A natural rubber kneaded material and a polychloroprene rubber kneaded material are put into a solvent inside a vessel and are dissolved so that 50 to 70 parts by weight of a solid matter can be obtained. Sulfur and zinc oxide and a solvent are added to this solution so that the viscosity becomes 2000 to 10000 cp. The solution is applied to the lower periphery of the instep cover and is heated, and an unvulcanized lower peripheral rubber tape is pressedly brought into contact with the applied surface, and is vulcanized by hot air.</p> |
