PURPOSE: To provide an image communication method and a device capable of transferring data even when the opposite terminal is busy. CONSTITUTION: A data accumulation part 13 accumulates voice data, moving image data, still data or code data inputted from a voice input/output part 7, a moving picture input/output part 9, a still picture input/output part 11 or a channel interface 17, and the data accumulated in the data accumulation part 13 is transmitted to the opposite terminal via a line interface 16. In such a case, when the opposite terminal is in busy, the data in which the still picture data or the code data is developed in a still picture is transmitted to facsimile equipment relating to the opposite terminal when it is desired to transmit the still picture data or the code date. |
