Weighing of loose material carried in air stream

The weighing and filling station for material carried in an air-stream, and esp. bed feathers or down or fibres, gives a continuous measurement of the mass flow of the carrier air on filling and emptying the weighing vessel (4). The measurements give the air flow forces acting on the weighing vessel (4), which are computed by the control system (3) in real time. The air flow forces are constantly taken int account by the control system (3) while the material is being weighed as it is carried into the vessel by the air stream.
