The clamping arms (1,2) are swivelably interconnected, and carry at each free end a damping jaw. A tightening screw (9) closes and releases the two clamping arms. The clamp contains a holder (30) for a measuring implement, or accessory. The clamping jaw (21) of the second clamping arm (2) is swivelably linked to it. Pref. the two clamping arms are U-shaped with open sides facing each other. The second clamping arm may be narrower than the first one (1), and the U-shanks of the second arm are retained between the U-shanks of the first arm in the region of the swivel axis. |
