PRODUCTION OF FLAME-RETARDANT PAPER FOR LINING VINYL WALL PAPER

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a new method for producing flame-retardant paper used for back-lining a vinyl wall paper, by which carrying rate of fine particles of inorganic powder is increased without roller smearing. CONSTITUTION: In the production of flame-retardant paper containing fibers and 70-90wt.% of inorganic powder for back-lining of a vinyl wall paper, a cation-modified aluminum hydroxide of 1-2μm particle size is used as an inorganic powder in combination. The flame-retardant paper produced by this method has increased opacity.
