摘要 FIELD: mass exchange column of packed type for gas (vapor)/fluid interaction; may be used in gas absorbing, rectification, washing; chemical, oil chemical, gas and other industries. SUBSTANCE: vacuum packed sectionalized column includes vertical cylindrical vessel. Outward-flow and inward-flow sectionalized grids are installed alternatively inside the vessel over its height. Outward-flow grids are made in the form of cones with vortexes directed upwards, and diameter equal to internal diameter of column vessel. Inward-flow grids are made in the form of cones with bases directed upward. The bases come in close contact with internal walls of the column. Generatrices are inclined at an angle twice as large as that for outward-flow grid. The grids are perforated in the form of arched slots with convex upward. The slots are placed uniformly in concentric circuits. Axes of arched slots on inward-flow grids are inclined at acute angle to generatrices from periphery to the center towards the same direction. Packing bed is placed onto each grid in disorder manner. Axes of arched slots of outward grids are inclined at acute angle to generatrices to periphery towards the same direction. Packing bed height at each grid is 2.5 of linear dimension of a packing member. EFFECT: improved mass exchange between gas (vapor) and fluid at the expense of increased interphase surface of mass exchange in free volume of the packing, and provision of fluid flow structure close to the model of ideal displacement in horizontal plane in radial direction with complete agitation over packing bed height in a section.
