FIELD: medium- and heavy-power slotless D.C. machines with single-layer multiple windings. SUBSTANCE: multiple armature winding with m passes is built up of two semi-coil groups with ucoil sides per group arranged on 2p pole pitches of armature core surface. Ratio of semicoil groups 2z to pole pitches 2p is selected to be even number (z/p is even number) which is not a multiple of m; number of passes is odd number, preferably m= 3,5, and number of coil sides in semicoil groups is even number but not greater than u= 4(6). Armature winding coils are of stepped configuration so that one half of coils incorporated in group has shorter coil pitch and other one, longer pitch. EFFECT: reduced ripple voltage between adjacent commutator bars and unbalance emf of parallel circuits belonging to different passes of winding. 1 cl, 2 dwg |
