METHOD OF DIAGNOSIS OF PRECLINICAL STAGE OF UTERUS CERVICAL EPITHELIUM NEOPLASTIC TRANSFORMATION

FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the evaluation of preclinical neoplastic transformation of uterus cervical epithelium by luminescence of uterus cervical epithelium cells stained with fluorochrome. Epithelial cells were stained in vitro and fluorescence intensity of the stained cells is measured using spectrofluorimeter. Preclinical stage of uterus cervical epithelium neoplastic transformation is diagnosed at luminosity intensity of the stained cells less 60 U at maximum luminosity wavelength above 530 nm. Acridine orange is used as fluorochrome. Method is used for blood research by biophysical procedure. EFFECT: increased precision and safety.
