摘要

FIELD: synthesis of substances in gaseous state. SUBSTANCE: method involves acting upon substances filling gas-discharge tubes by locating these tubes in reaction zone and exciting by superhigh frequency current generator; coordinating generator frequencies with natural frequencies of substances in gas-discharge tubes. Reaction runs without any dependence upon initial ambient temperature and pressure values. EFFECT: increased efficiency by optimized process, reduced power consumption and usage of catalysts.
