摘要 The procedure, designed to cut a cylinder of crustless bread into a spiral, consists of first taking a core from the middle of the bread and then using a spiral blade (35) to cut the inside of a loaf into a spiral at the same time as removing the outer crust. The bread is cut on a machine with grippers (7) to hold the loaf, a core cutter (49), and a spiral blade (35) which incorporates an outer crust remover (45).
