The ski (1) has a lower part formed by a sole (2) with two edges (3) and a reinforcing strip (9). Its core (25) is covered by an upper protective shell (12) and a reinforcing shell (13). Between the inner edges of the reinforcing shell and the upper wings (5) of the edges there are two lateral reinforcements (6). Each reinforcement has a constant section all along the ski and has a thick curved part (7) which is at the side of the core. It is bonded to a thinner part (8) towards the outer lateral edge of the ski.
