The office desk has a frame constructed with C shaped struts (2.1) that bridge between the top (1.2) and the base (2.2). The struts are formed with parallel grooves on the inner surface (2.3). They are used to provide fixing for any cable runs (3.2) necessary for equipment operation. Clamping brackets (3.3) are fixed between the struts and are secured by clamping elements (3.8) that locate in the slots and cables are secured to them by smaller clamps (3.5). Cover plate elements (3.1) are used over the brackets.
