<p>A valve assembly has a housing (10) formed from two valve housing portions (30, 32) which are releasably securable together along a plane which intersects, and is inclined to, a pivotal axis of a valve closure member (12) such that a first spindle (14) of the valve closure member is received wholly within the first valve housing portion (30) and a second spindle (16) of the valve closure member is located wholly within the second valve housing portion (32). The assembly further comprises one or more attachment members (35, 36) each being releasably connected to a respective one of the two valve housing portions (30, 32), and the valve closure member (12) is mounted eccentrically within the housing.</p> |
