Waveguide and stripline converter e.g. for current-voltage meter

The converter includes several aerials (51,52) which are positioned on a dielectric substrate (11) which is insertable into a waveguide (15). On the substrate section outside the waveguide, a stripline (31) is formed with one end coupled to a signal input/output terminal coupler (55,56,61-64) to provide HF connection of the other end of the stripline to each aerial. Each aerial is a fin-shaped array aerial with maximum length equal to the reduced wavelength on the substrate of the used EM wave. The enclosed angle of the fin-shaped aerials in less than 6.6 degrees. The aerials can be parallel and in the same longitudinal direction, with inner fins (51b,52b) integrated into a single body.
