METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF N,N WITH PRIME-BIS(3-TRIALKYL(ALKOXY)SILYL PROPYL)-THIOUREA

FIELD: organoelemental chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product: N,N'-bis-[3-trialkyl(alkoxy)silylpropyl]thioureas of the formula [RRSi(CH)NH]C=S (I). Method of synthesis involves interaction of 3-aminopropyltrialkyl(alkoxy)silanes with thiourea at ratio 2:1 in the presence of catalytic amount of ammonium sulfate. Yield of the end products is 85-90%. Given: R, R', b. p. (Hg, mm), пd: R = R' - CH, 156-159 (3), 1.5142, 0.9406; I, CH, CH, 186-189 (4), 1.4977, 0.9115; I, R = R' - CH, 150-153 (2), 1.4744, 1.0550. Structure ofis confirmed by elemental analysis data andПМР-spectra. Synthesized compounds were used for sorbent making. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis.
