The thermoplastic resin that is rigid, high impact resistant, and easily moldable is obtained as follows; The polypropylene 70 wt.%, polystyrene 10 wt.%, modified polypropylene 10 wt.%, styrene glycidile methacrylate random copolymer 10 wt.%, and styrene ethylene butylene styrene block copolymer are dry blended, and extruded at 200 - 240 deg.C to obtain the pellet. This thermoplastic resin have good compatibility because the polyolefin-graft-styrene compd. is formed by the polyolefin and styrene resin.
